How to reserve an apartment

Renters *Ah Paris* serves as an intermediary between you and the owner. To reserve an apartment, create a "shopping cart" of the apartments you'd like to rent by clicking on the click on the "Request these Apartments" button on the page of the apartment you're viewing. Once you've created your list, click on the "Request these Apartments" button and fill out the form. *Ah Paris* will contact the owners of the apartments to verify that your requested apartments are available on the dates you've indicated. If an apartment is available, *Ah Paris* We will send you an email with a list of the apartments you've requested. If an apartment is available, you will receive a link where you can confirm your reservation.
	Confirmation You will need to pay 25% of the total by Credit Card in order to confirm your reservation. The remainder of the payment will be settled directly with the owner of the apartment in cash and in euros. You will also be requested to provide a security deposit which will be refunded to you at the end of your stay. Once Ah Paris receives your confirmation payment, we will send you a contract as well as detailed instructions for getting to the apartment where either the owner or a representative will meet you to hand you your keys.
	Refund Policy Your confirmation payment (25% of the total) will be refunded in full if you cancel at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. The client forfeits the entire confirmation payment if he or she cancels within 60 days of arrival. (Back to top)
Security Deposit *Ah Paris* requires you to provide a security deposit of 500 Euros. This is to protect the owner against any damages or acts of vandalism. You have the option of providing your security deposit: by credit card BEFORE your arrival or in cash when you arrive at the apartment. When you arrive at the apartment, the owner should have you sign an inventory of the property and the state of the apartment. It's in your interest to read the list, verify its content and note any discrepancies. The same list should be cosigned by you and the owner at the end of your stay. If there are no damages and the apartment is clean at the end of your stay, the owner will refund your security deposit in its entirety. (Back to top)
