The apartment overlooks a lovely garden between the buildings. Its location away from the street protects it from any noise from the city and its exposure keeps it bright and sunny.

Renovated in 2007, its décor is tasteful and modern. The living room has a comfortable sofa-bed, the bathroom is marbled and the kitchen is well-equipped.

Located in one of the most visited quarters of Paris at the foot of the butte Montmartre, you’re just 5 minutes from the Sacre Coeur Basilica and the Moulin Rouge. You can wander the charming, narrow streets of Montmartre to discover its numerous bistros, restaurants and cabarets. The area is very lively. There’s a bakery at the foot of the building, plenty of boutiques and even a shopping centre.

It’s also strategically located with nearby metro stations that will take you directly to Châtelet, the Notre Dame Cathedral, Saint Germain, the Champs Elysées, the Père Lachaise cemetery and Pigalle. It’s also easily accessible from the Gare du Nord where take the suburb trains directly to both of the major airports.
