This lovely studio was completely refurbished in 2006 and is located on a small street between the Gare de Lyon and place de la Nation only 30 seconds from the metro station. The metro lines 1 and 8 will take you directly to the two opera houses, the Champs Elysées, the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre Museum and the place de la Concorde.

There’s a supermarket, an open air market (good deals at the Marché d'Aligre), bakery, numerous restaurants, tennis courts, pool and a gym nearby.

A short walk will bring you to the coulée verte where you can cycle, skate, jog or walk all the way to the bois de Vincennes forest on the east side of Paris.

Just a 5 minute walk to the place de la Nation, you can marvel at the Le Triomphe de la République ; a gigantic 19th century sculpture.

The Château de Vincennes is only 4 metro stops away where you can be whisked back to the 12th century. Across the way from the château is the Parc Floral where you can dine in a wonderful garden complete with expositions and concerts all year round.
Finally, for a true dining pleasure try the le Train bleu located inside the Gare de Lyon. It’s a magnificent turn of the century restaurant that you’ll never forget.
