Rainbow Paris was extremely helpful in providing services and help to me. I had to cancel last year because of illness and they were helpful to me and to securing the same apartment this year. Very easy to use and easy to get in touch with them. Would recommend this site to anyone! |

The only problem we had with Rainbow Paris is that we didnt have an international phone to call them upon arrival and had to have a nearby gallery owner call but they promptly arrived to let us in. Otherwise they were wonderful. |

RainbowParis was good to work with. John Fay was quick to reply to our inquiries and kept us informed of the process throughout. We found the process straightforward and clear. The release of our security deposit was quick and simple.
Because we rented the same apartment twice in a two week period totaling 8 nights that it would have been nice to have received the weekly rate rather than the nightly rate but I can understand the policy.
We were very pleased with RainbowParis and will recommend them to our friends. |

We've rented vacation apartments in other European cities before, but Rainbow Paris was the most straight forward and businesslike. They responded quickly and positivley during the rental process. No tricks or mystery charges. We would have no hesitation in renting through Rainbow Paris again. It's a great service that allowed us to see paris as she really is. |

There was no-one to meet us so the collection of the keys was rather daunting as we were not given a detailed address except for the number of the street, so there was no information about which apartment it was and it was only due to the fact that the previous occupants were leaving at the same time as we were arriving, that we guessed which apartment it was! Greater consideration should be given to new arrivals who have been travelling and are, therefore, quite tired.

We received timely, excellent email information with specific directions to the apartment. We were met by a friendly staff member who showed us everything we needed to know about the property before he left. We had a mishap. We lost the paper with the address and telephone number. It took us two hours after arriving in Paris to connect with our computer at home and retrieve the information.
Our agent was put out by our delay in arrival and inability to contact him. Nevertheless, once we met, he was cordial and quite helpful with getting us situated. It speaks well of the professionalism of this group that they were able to take care of us. |
